  1. Provide exceptional technical support to clients by promptly responding to service calls and inquiries.
  2. Utilize advanced knowledge and expertise in engineering to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  3. Conduct thorough analysis and diagnostics to identify the root cause of technical problems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for technical issues.
  5. Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  7. Prepare and deliver detailed reports to clients and internal teams regarding service activities and findings.
  8. Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards and protocols.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert for technical inquiries from clients and colleagues.
  10. Travel to client sites to perform on-site repairs and installations as needed.
  11. Train and mentor junior engineers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  12. Participate in product development and testing to provide valuable insights and feedback from a technical standpoint.
  13. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management regarding project timelines, progress, and any potential issues.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
