  1. Conduct field service visits to customer sites to provide technical support for gas turbine engines.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues with gas turbine engines, utilizing advanced knowledge and experience.
  3. Develop and implement innovative solutions to technical problems, ensuring efficient and effective resolution.
  4. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
  5. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in gas turbine engine technology and apply this knowledge to improve services and processes.
  6. Create detailed reports and documentation of service visits, including recommendations for future improvements.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  8. Train and mentor junior field service engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, representing the company's values and brand.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on customer sites.
  11. Travel to various locations, including international, as required for customer visits and training.
  12. Attend conferences and industry events to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  13. Act as a technical advisor to sales and marketing teams, providing expertise and support in customer interactions.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering: A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles Is Essential For An Advanced Fse In The Aerospace/Gas Turbine Industry. A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Provides The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Skills To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Problems Related To Gas Turbine Engines.

  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Aerospace Or Gas Turbine Engine Maintenance: Honeywell Seeks Candidates With A Proven Track Record Of Success In The Aerospace Or Gas Turbine Industry. A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In This Field Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of The Equipment And Processes Involved, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And Effectively Under Pressure.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Gas Turbine Engines And Associated Systems: The Advanced Fse At Honeywell Must Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Gas Turbine Engines And Their Associated Systems, Including Fuel, Oil, And Hydraulic Systems. This Knowledge Is Essential For Troubleshooting Issues And Performing Maintenance Tasks Efficiently And Effectively.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Think Critically And Solve Complex Problems Is A Key Requirement For An Advanced Fse. In This Role, One Must Be Able To Quickly Assess And Diagnose Issues With Gas Turbine Engines, And Develop Effective Solutions To Ensure Minimal Downtime And Maximum Performance.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As An Advanced Fse, One Will Be Interacting With Customers And Team Members On A Regular Basis.
