  1. Provide advanced technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  2. Conduct on-site visits to customer locations to install, maintain, and repair Honeywell products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
  4. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement to prevent future technical problems.
  5. Document all service activities, including technical reports and customer communication, accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their technical needs are met and exceeded.
  7. Train and mentor junior field service engineers to improve their technical skills and knowledge.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to continuously improve technical expertise.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
  10. Adhere to all safety and quality standards while performing duties in the field.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Travel Extensively And Work Independently In Various Locations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Technical Field.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Service Or Technical Support.

  • Proficient In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Mechanical, Electrical, And Software Systems.
