  1. Conduct thorough and comprehensive penetration testing on company systems to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
  2. Utilize advanced techniques and tools to simulate real-world cyber attacks and assess the effectiveness of existing security measures.
  3. Analyze and interpret results of penetration testing to identify potential security gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and techniques to ensure our systems are protected from emerging risks.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions and procedures to mitigate identified risks.
  6. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation of penetration testing procedures, results, and recommendations for future reference.
  8. Participate in incident response and remediation efforts in the event of a security breach.
  9. Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  10. Mentor and train junior members of the cybersecurity team to enhance their skills and knowledge in penetration testing.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles: A Qualified Candidate For An Advanced Cybersecurity Penetration Tester At Honeywell Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles, Including Network Security, Computer Forensics, Risk Assessment, And Vulnerability Management.

  • Proficient In Penetration Testing Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Conducting Penetration Testing, Including Web Application, Network, And Social Engineering Testing. They Should Also Have Experience With Various Tools And Techniques Used In Penetration Testing, Such As Metasploit, Nmap, And Kali Linux.

  • Experience In Security Assessment And Mitigation: A Qualified Candidate Should Have Practical Experience In Identifying Security Vulnerabilities And Developing Mitigation Strategies To Protect Against Cyber Attacks. This Includes Conducting Security Assessments, Analyzing System Logs, And Implementing Security Controls.

  • Strong Technical Skills: An Advanced Cybersecurity Penetration Tester Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And C++, As Well As Knowledge Of Operating Systems, Databases, And Web Technologies. They Should Also Be Familiar With Cloud Security And Virtualization Technologies.

  • Certifications In Cybersecurity: A Qualified Candidate Should Hold Relevant Certifications In Cybersecurity, Such As Certified Ethical Hacker (Ceh), Offensive Security Certified Professional (Oscp), Or Giac Penetration Tester (Gpen). These Certifications Demonstrate A Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In Ethical Hacking And Penetration Testing.
