  1. Conduct regular penetration testing to identify potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our systems and networks.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and techniques in order to proactively protect our company.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure systems and processes.
  5. Provide recommendations and guidance to improve security measures and protocols.
  6. Participate in incident response and forensic investigations in the event of a cyber attack.
  7. Conduct thorough and accurate documentation of all testing procedures and results.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on cybersecurity risks and solutions.
  9. Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees on cybersecurity best practices.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve our cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
  12. Represent Honeywell in the cybersecurity community through conferences, forums, and other networking events.
  13. Assist in the development and maintenance of cybersecurity budgets and resources.
  14. Mentor and guide junior team members in developing their skills and knowledge in penetration testing.
  15. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance cybersecurity capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles And Practices: A Qualified Candidate For An Advanced Cybersecurity Penetration Tester At Honeywell Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Cybersecurity Principles, Including Network Security, System Security, And Application Security. They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Compliance Standards.

  • Proven Experience In Penetration Testing: Candidates Should Have A Strong Track Record In Conducting Successful Penetration Tests For A Variety Of Systems And Networks. This Includes Experience With Various Types Of Attacks, Techniques, And Tools.

  • Proficiency In Programming And Scripting Languages: An Advanced Cybersecurity Penetration Tester Should Be Proficient In Programming And Scripting Languages Such As Python, Java, And Ruby. This Is Essential For Creating Custom Scripts And Tools To Aid In Penetration Testing.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Think Critically And Problem-Solve Is Crucial For A Penetration Tester. Candidates Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Identify And Exploit Vulnerabilities In Complex Systems.

  • Certifications In Cybersecurity And Penetration Testing: Honeywell May Require Candidates To Have Relevant Certifications Such As Oscp (Offensive Security Certified Professional), Ceh (Certified Ethical Hacker), And Cissp (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
