Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement advanced avionics systems for use in commercial and military aircraft.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and techniques that can be applied to avionics systems.
  3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  4. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
  5. Perform system integration and testing to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and testing process.
  7. Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in avionics technology.
  9. Mentor and train junior engineers on avionics systems design and development.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineers, to ensure seamless integration of avionics systems.
  11. Communicate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical support.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and budgets, and proactively identify and address any potential delays or issues.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve existing avionics systems to optimize performance and functionality.
  14. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Avionics Systems Design And Development.

  • Proficiency In Avionics System Integration And Testing, Including Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations.

  • Strong Understanding Of Advanced Avionics Technologies, Such As Fly-By-Wire Systems, Navigation Systems, And Flight Control Systems.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Avionics Systems Issues.
