  8. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.

  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
  11. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
  12. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
  13. Represent Honeywell at industry events and conferences.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management In The Building Automation Industry

  • Strong Technical Knowledge Of Building Automation Systems And Products, Including Hvac, Security, And Energy Management

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Developing Long-Term Relationships With Clients

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Clients And Stakeholders
