Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Training Development And Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theory.
Demonstrated Experience In Project Management And Ability To Effectively Manage Multiple Training Initiatives Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Present To Large Groups And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
