  1. Lead and manage a team of professionals within the Dealer Applications - Operations department.
  2. Develop and maintain efficient and effective processes for dealer applications.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects by team members.
  4. Set clear goals and expectations for team members, and provide necessary resources and support.
  5. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve productivity.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements.
  7. Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee development.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to make informed decisions for the department.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  10. Represent the company in a professional manner, both internally and externally.
  11. Handle customer escalations and address any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  12. Prepare and present reports on team performance, achievements, and challenges to upper management.
  13. Hire, train, and onboard new team members, as needed.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve departmental processes and procedures.
  15. Uphold the company's values and culture, and act as a role model for team members.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Team Manager For Dealer Applications - Operations Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team Of Dealer Application Specialists. This Includes The Ability To Motivate, Mentor, And Guide Team Members Towards Achieving Common Goals.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Automotive Industry: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Automotive Industry, Including Market Trends, Customer Needs, And Industry Regulations. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Make Informed Decisions And Provide Valuable Insights To The Team.
