  1. Develop and implement an effective strategy for sourcing and managing the contingent workforce for Honda Motor Company.
  2. Lead a team of talent acquisition specialists to ensure the successful execution of the contingent labor management program.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the hiring needs and develop a pipeline of qualified contingent workers.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies and vendors to ensure a reliable and diverse pool of contingent workers.
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to make data-driven decisions for contingent labor sourcing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably With A Focus On Contingent Labor Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Vendor Management And Contract Negotiations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.

  • Experience With Utilizing And Optimizing Recruitment Technology And Systems, Including Applicant Tracking Systems And Vendor Management Systems.
