- Develop and implement an effective strategy for sourcing and managing the contingent workforce for Honda Motor Company.
- Lead a team of talent acquisition specialists to ensure the successful execution of the contingent labor management program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the hiring needs and develop a pipeline of qualified contingent workers.
- Build and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies and vendors to ensure a reliable and diverse pool of contingent workers.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to make data-driven decisions for contingent labor sourcing.
- Oversee the selection and onboarding process of contingent workers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the contingent labor management program to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to the talent acquisition team in effectively managing and developing the contingent workforce.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team and across the organization to drive success in contingent labor management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably With A Focus On Contingent Labor Management.
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Vendor Management And Contract Negotiations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.
Experience With Utilizing And Optimizing Recruitment Technology And Systems, Including Applicant Tracking Systems And Vendor Management Systems.
