  1. Manage and organize inventory of materials and parts to ensure the production line runs smoothly.
  2. Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and parts.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or excesses to relevant departments.
  4. Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials usage.
  5. Prepare and pack materials for shipment or delivery.
  6. Work closely with production team to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts.
  7. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  8. Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines when handling materials and operating equipment.
  9. Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in inventory management.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse or storage area.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures regarding material handling and inventory management.
  13. Communicate any issues or concerns with inventory or materials to management.
  14. Continuously monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  15. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Warehouse Operations: Candidates For This Role Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Working In A Fast-Paced Warehouse Environment, With Experience In Handling Stock And Materials Efficiently And Accurately.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems: Honda Motor Company Utilizes Advanced Inventory Management Systems To Track And Manage Stock Levels. Applicants Should Be Familiar With These Systems And Have Experience Using Them In Previous Roles.

  • Ability To Operate Forklifts And Other Warehouse Equipment: As A Stock And Material Handler, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Operating Forklifts And Other Equipment To Move And Transport Materials Throughout The Warehouse. Previous Experience And Certification In Operating Such Equipment Is Required.

  • Attention To Detail: The Ability To Accurately Count, Label, And Organize Materials Is Crucial In This Role. Candidates Should Possess Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure That All Stock Is Properly Accounted For And Handled.

  • Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Role Involves Physical Work, Such As Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, Standing For Long Periods, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
