- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Honda Motor Company's business objectives, technology landscape, and security requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives and comply with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and deliverables.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for IAM within the company, providing guidance and expertise to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead the evaluation of new IAM technologies and tools, making recommendations for adoption and integration into existing systems.

- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and integrity of company systems and data.

- Stay current with industry trends and developments in IAM, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within the company.
- Communicate project updates and progress to senior management, highlighting any potential risks or issues and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to implement and integrate IAM solutions, ensuring seamless functionality and security.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Iam Technologies: A Senior Domain Architect Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Iam Technologies, Such As Single Sign-On (Sso), Multi-Factor Authentication (Mfa), Identity Governance And Administration (Iga), And Privileged Access Management (Pam). They Should Also Be Familiar With Industry Trends And Best Practices In Iam.
Extensive Experience In Enterprise Iam Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience Designing And Implementing Iam Solutions In Large, Complex Organizations. They Should Be Able To Understand The Unique Iam Needs Of An Organization Like Honda And Develop A Comprehensive Architecture That Meets Those Needs.
Strong Understanding Of Security And Compliance Requirements: A Senior Domain Architect Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Security And Compliance Standards Related To Iam, Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Gdpr. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Iam Solutions That Comply With These Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior Member Of The It Team, A Senior Domain Architect Should Possess Strong Communication And Leadership Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Implement Iam Solutions.
