- Lead and manage the quality engineering team to ensure all products meet the highest standards and expectations of Honda Motor Company.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement in product quality and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis and testing of products to identify any defects or issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with suppliers and other external partners to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing regular updates to management and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering, and implement best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards, processes, and tools to ensure a high level of competency within the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality related matters, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
- Uphold the company's commitment to excellence by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and delivering top-quality products to customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Quality Engineer Tech Lead At Honda Motor Company Must Have A Strong Foundation In Engineering Principles And Theories. A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Control Or Quality Assurance: To Be Considered For A Quality Engineer Tech Lead Position At Honda, Candidates Must Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Control Or Quality Assurance. This Experience Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Quality Tools And Methodologies.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Tech Lead, This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Quality Engineers. Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Team Members.
