- Conduct research and analysis on existing and emerging plastics engineering technologies and their potential application in the automotive industry.
- Work closely with the Plastics Engineering team to develop and implement new design and manufacturing processes for automotive components.
- Participate in the development and testing of new plastic materials for use in Honda vehicles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues related to plastic components and processes.
- Assist in the design and development of molds and tooling for plastic parts.
- Conduct quality control and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations for all plastic components.
- Evaluate and optimize the performance of plastic components through testing and analysis.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the Plastics Engineering department.
- Communicate and present project updates and findings to team members and management.

Knowledge Of Plastics Engineering Principles And Materials: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Plastics Engineering Principles, Including Injection Molding, Extrusion, And Thermoforming Processes. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Various Plastic Materials And Their Properties.
