Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, Or Organizational Development Roles.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis, Reporting, And Metrics.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
