  1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Honda's products and brand image.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer experience initiatives.
  4. Create and maintain marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content.
  5. Monitor and report on marketing and customer experience metrics to track the success of campaigns and initiatives.
  6. Support the planning and execution of events and promotions to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  7. Assist in the management of customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  8. Contribute to the development of customer experience processes and procedures to improve overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' marketing and customer experience strategies.
  10. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to provide creative ideas and solutions.
  11. Complete assigned projects and tasks within designated timelines.
