  1. Lead and manage a team of IT GRC compliance professionals to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement IT governance, risk, and compliance strategies and processes.
  3. Monitor and assess the organization's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Review and update policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance gaps.
  7. Train and educate team members on compliance requirements and best practices.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to proactively address compliance issues.
  9. Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate completion of compliance audits and assessments.
  12. Identify and resolve any compliance issues or violations.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory agencies.
  14. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiency within the IT GRC compliance team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of It Governance, Risk, And Compliance Frameworks And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Cobit, As Well As Compliance Requirements Such As Gdpr And Ccpa.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of It Grc Professionals And Guide Them Towards Achieving Compliance Objectives.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Grc Tools And Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Grc Tools And Technologies, Including Risk Assessment And Management, Compliance Tracking, And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Role Of A Team Lead Requires Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Communicate Compliance Requirements And Updates To Stakeholders Across Different Departments.

  • Prior Experience In Managing It Compliance Projects: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing It Compliance Projects, Including Developing And Implementing Compliance Strategies And Conducting Audits And Assessments.
