  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote and protect human rights within the company.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential human rights risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to human rights.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the company's social and ethical performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Educate and train employees at all levels on human rights standards and best practices.
  6. Work closely with suppliers to ensure they adhere to the company's human rights standards and code of conduct.
  7. Investigate and address any human rights complaints or violations reported by employees, customers, or other stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on current human rights issues and developments, and advise the company on potential impacts and actions to take.
  9. Collaborate with external organizations and stakeholders to promote human rights initiatives and partnerships.
  10. Prepare and submit reports on the company's human rights performance to management and relevant regulatory bodies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Rights, International Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working In A Human Rights Capacity, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of International Human Rights Laws And Regulations, Including The Un Guiding Principles On Business And Human Rights.

  • Experience Conducting Human Rights Impact Assessments And Developing Action Plans To Address Any Identified Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Diverse Stakeholders And Effectively Advocate For Human Rights Within The Company.
