We are currently seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as a Co-op/Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the success of our company.   1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  2. Help with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics.
  4. Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
  5. Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and activities.
  6. Participate in employee relations initiatives and provide support to managers and employees.
  7. Help maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  8. Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees.
  9. Assist in the maintenance of the HRIS system and generate reports as needed.
  10. Provide support in the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
  11. Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with company goals.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and procedures.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the HR team and Honda Motor Company.
