  1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  3. Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications.
  4. Assist with organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.
  5. Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  6. Provide support to HR team in various tasks, including but not limited to performance evaluations, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  7. Participate in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Assist with creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  9. Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company goals and initiatives.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  12. Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and job postings.
  13. Respond to employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related questions.
  14. Keep up-to-date with relevant HR laws and regulations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations.
  16. Represent the company in a professional manner at career fairs and networking events.
  17. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company through your work in the HR department.
