
Human Resources Co-op/Intern

- Assist with the recruitment and selection process by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Support the performance management process by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with HR team members to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Participate in the development and delivery of training and development programs.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive company culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to support HR decision-making.
- Provide administrative support for various HR functions, such as benefits administration and compensation analysis.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
