We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Co-op/Intern to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Human Resources department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the success of our company.   1. Assist with the recruitment and selection process by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating orientation sessions and preparing necessary documents.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures.
  5. Support the performance management process by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
  6. Collaborate with HR team members to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  7. Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  8. Participate in the development and delivery of training and development programs.
  9. Help maintain a positive and inclusive company culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  10. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to support HR decision-making.
  11. Provide administrative support for various HR functions, such as benefits administration and compensation analysis.
  12. Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.
  13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company to external stakeholders.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
