Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or Materials Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Fuel Cell Technology Research And Development, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.
Knowledge Of Fuel Cell System Design, Development, And Testing Processes, Including Experience With Pem (Proton Exchange Membrane) Fuel Cell Technology.
Strong Project Management Skills, With Demonstrated Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
