  1. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop innovative and sustainable solutions for Honda's vehicles.
  2. Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems for Honda's next generation of vehicles.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new technologies and systems.
  4. Participate in project meetings and provide input and suggestions to improve processes and procedures.
  5. Work with various departments within Honda to ensure that electrical systems meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
  6. Follow engineering best practices and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to electrical systems, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to contribute to the continuous improvement of Honda's vehicles.
  9. Document and report on project progress, including any challenges or successes.
  10. Collaborate with team members to develop and present ideas for new products or processes.
  11. Take responsibility for assigned tasks and complete them within the designated timeframe.
  12. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.

Job Qualifications
