- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Honda's parts and service offerings.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, answering questions and providing guidance on parts and service options.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory, ensuring availability and accuracy of products.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely and accurate completion of customer vehicle repairs.
- Monitor and manage the district's parts and service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive parts and service to continuously improve and innovate our offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively, working towards a satisfactory resolution.
- Track and report on district parts and service performance, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Represent Honda Motor Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Automotive Parts And Service Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Honda Vehicles.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Automotive Technology Or Business Administration.
Strong Knowledge Of Honda's Parts And Service Policies And Procedures, As Well As Dealership Operations.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Dealerships And Customers.
Experience In Managing And Analyzing Data, With Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
