
Customer Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist, a prime responsibility is to assist the Technical Support Representatives with more in-depth system knowledge for the defined systems. Expected interaction will be structural damage assessment and repair development. This will typically require more interaction with engineering. Product development and improvement support. Creating the technical information associated with service bulletin development. Monitoring field data for reliability trends and leading technical teams for root cause analysis and resolution. Developing the technical criteria for in-service damage and repair limits. Back-up support for Avionics Systems and Mechanical Systems. Work directly with the Technical Support Representatives to assist in advanced trouble shooting and structural repair development.
Familiarity with EASA and/or CAA requirements
10+ years of directly related experience
FAA A&P certifications (desired but not required)
Understanding of operations under FAR Parts 91 and 135
