  1. Develop and implement customer experience design strategies that align with Honda's brand vision and business goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand customer needs and behaviors.
  3. Conduct research and analyze data to gain insights into customer preferences and behaviors.
  4. Utilize design thinking methodologies to create innovative solutions for improving the customer journey.
  5. Develop customer journey maps and personas to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Lead the design and implementation of customer experience initiatives, such as new products, services, or processes.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of customer experience strategies and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer experience design to ensure Honda remains at the forefront of innovation.
  9. Act as a champion for the customer, ensuring all decisions and strategies are centered around their needs and preferences.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding throughout the customer journey.
  11. Communicate customer experience strategies and initiatives to internal stakeholders and provide training and support as needed.
  12. Maintain a deep understanding of Honda's products and services in order to effectively align customer experience strategies with the company's offerings.
  13. Stay up-to-date on customer feedback and use it to inform future design strategies and improvements.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Honda's commitment to exceptional customer experiences both internally and externally.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and evolve the customer experience by seeking out new ideas and approaches.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Design, Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Experience Design, Preferably In The Automotive Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Customer Insights, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Customer Experience Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Project Management Skills.
