Preparing and performing safety-related sensor testing for vehicle development. Analyzing test/simulation data and summarizing results. Developing planning targets & specifications for the crash-safety sensing system. Collaborating with suppliers. Analyzing and communicating test results through written reports, summaries and small group meetings.
3-5 years of safety test industry experience
Experience with, and ability to utilize CAE tools (LS-DYNA, ANSA, etc.) to develop predictive models for physical crash tests
Ability to developm improved predictive methods as needed
