Job Description

  1. Oversee and manage the maintenance of CNC and automation equipment in a manufacturing setting.

  3. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
  4. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, utilizing your expertise in CNC and automation technology.
  5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and address maintenance needs and improve equipment performance.
  6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  8. Continuously monitor and assess equipment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  9. Train and mentor team members on proper maintenance procedures and best practices.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technological developments in CNC and automation equipment to enhance maintenance processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with management and other departments regarding maintenance needs and equipment status.
  12. Manage maintenance budget and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic among maintenance staff.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  15. Strive for continuous improvement and efficiency in all maintenance processes.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Cnc Machining And Automation Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Maintaining And Troubleshooting A Variety Of Cnc And Automation Equipment Used In Automotive Manufacturing.

  • Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills: As A Maintenance Supervisor, The Candidate Must Have The Ability To Lead And Supervise A Team Of Technicians And Provide Guidance And Support To Ensure Efficient And Effective Maintenance Operations.

  • Experience In Preventive And Corrective Maintenance: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Managing Preventive Maintenance Programs To Reduce Downtime And Ensure Smooth Operation Of Equipment. They Should Also Have Experience In Troubleshooting And Repairing Equipment Breakdowns.

  • Proficiency In Programming And Software Skills: In Addition To Mechanical Knowledge, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Programming And Software Used In Cnc And Automation Equipment. This Will Enable Them To Diagnose And Resolve Any Software-Related Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Safety Protocols And Regulations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Safety Protocols And Regulations Related To Operating And Maintaining Cnc And Automation Equipment. This Includes Knowledge Of Lockout/Tagout Procedures, Machine Guarding, And Other Safety Measures To Ensure A Safe Working Environment For All Employees.
