  1. Develop and implement business intelligence strategies to support Honda's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends and patterns and provide insights to drive business decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
  4. Lead the development and maintenance of data models, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision making.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics to continuously improve processes and tools.
  6. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  8. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and optimization using BI tools and techniques.
  9. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security, and troubleshoot any technical issues related to BI tools.
  10. Monitor and track key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management to inform decision making.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different departments and regions.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of BI processes and tools and make recommendations for improvements.
