  1. Assist with various accounting tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  2. Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  3. Prepare financial reports and analysis to assist with decision-making and strategic planning.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for financial reporting.
  5. Participate in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  7. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support during external audits.
  8. Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the accounting team.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions.
  10. Learn and utilize various accounting software and tools to complete tasks.
  11. Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Financial Analysis: Candidates Should Possess A Solid Understanding Of Accounting Principles Such As Gaap And Be Able To Analyze Financial Data To Identify Trends And Make Recommendations.

  • Proficiency In Excel And Other Accounting Software: The Ability To Use Excel And Other Accounting Software Is Essential For This Role. Candidates Should Be Comfortable Using Spreadsheets To Organize And Analyze Financial Data.

  • Attention To Detail And Accuracy: In Accounting, Accuracy Is Crucial. Candidates Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Spot Errors Or Discrepancies In Financial Data.
