
Technical Support Representative
Hologic is looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service and/or technical support role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to work independently or in a team environment. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple support requests simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to Hologic products and services in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in accordance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop solutions to customer issues.
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and live chat.
- Evaluate customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Monitor customer service metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and technical developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
