Job Description

Hologic is looking for an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service and/or technical support role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong ability to work independently or in a team environment. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple support requests simultaneously. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to Hologic products and services in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in accordance with company standards.
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop solutions to customer issues.
  5. Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and live chat.
  6. Evaluate customer feedback and make recommendations for process improvement.
  7. Monitor customer service metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and technical developments.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
