- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, surgical centers, and other healthcare facilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the benefits and features of Hologic's surgical technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to effectively position Hologic's products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for customers and promote loyalty to Hologic.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hologic, representing the company with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Prepare and submit timely reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and activity reports, to management.
- Continuously improve knowledge and understanding of Hologic's products, services, and industry standards through training and educational opportunities.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Specifically In The Surgical Field.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Products And Procedures, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Healthcare Professionals.
