- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Hologic's surgical products to healthcare professionals in the Washington, DC territory.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the healthcare industry to increase product awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and understanding of Hologic's surgical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and clinical support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and promote Hologic's surgical products.
- Provide timely and thorough feedback to the company on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Continuously educate oneself on Hologic's products, services, and industry developments to effectively communicate and position them to potential customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent Hologic in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Travel within the assigned territory as necessary to meet with customers and attend meetings and events.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Sales, Specifically In The Surgical Field.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biology, Health Sciences, Or Business.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures And Medical Devices Used In The Operating Room.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales And Territory Management, Preferably In The Washington, Dc Area.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals And Key Decision Makers.
