- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets for surgical products.
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in hospitals and surgical centers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our surgical products.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption in the territory.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory data.
- Collaborate with customer service and support teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote our surgical products.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-study.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Represent Hologic with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Surgical Procedures And Medical Terminology.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Medical Professionals And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
