
Surgical Clinical Account Manager

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and hospital staff.
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our surgical products.
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare providers.
- Act as a subject matter expert on our surgical products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our products.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of competitor products and market dynamics.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Nursing, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Surgical Or Operating Room Setting.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical And Diagnostic Products And Procedures, Specifically In The Women's Health Market.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision-Makers In The Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing A Large Territory Or Account Portfolio.
