  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  3. Utilize strong product knowledge and clinical expertise to effectively promote and sell our surgical product line to customers.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
  6. Develop and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of our surgical products.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  9. Provide clinical support and training to healthcare professionals on the use and application of our surgical products.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
  11. Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and other events to network, promote our products, and stay updated on industry developments.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth, including attending training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Business.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Surgical Field.

  • Demonstrated Success In Developing And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders In The Healthcare Industry, Including Surgeons, Nurses, And Hospital Administrators.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures And Medical Devices, With A Strong Understanding Of The Competitive Landscape.
