1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, hospital staff, and purchasing departments.
2. Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Hologic's surgical products.
3. Plan and execute territory strategies to increase market share and meet business objectives.
4. Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals to ensure proper use and understanding of Hologic's surgical products.
5. Utilize market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
8. Attend conferences, tradeshows, and other industry events to network and promote Hologic's surgical products.
9. Communicate product updates, changes, and availability to customers and provide timely feedback to the company.
10. Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the healthcare landscape.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to compliance and regulatory requirements.
