  1. Develop and execute test plans and protocols for electrical components and systems of medical devices.
  2. Ensure compliance of medical devices with regulatory standards and company quality standards.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies for medical device development.
  4. Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, quality engineers, and regulatory affairs, to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  5. Lead and mentor junior engineers in the electrical testing process and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing and propose solutions to improve device performance.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed test documentation, including test reports and data analysis.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to medical device testing.
  9. Participate in design reviews and provide input from a testing perspective to ensure product safety and effectiveness.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary components and equipment for testing.
  12. Participate in cross-functional project meetings to provide updates on testing progress and address any issues or concerns.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on electrical testing for internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, while performing testing activities.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality and compliant medical devices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Electrical Testing And Troubleshooting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Electrical Test Equipment And Measurement Techniques.

  • Familiarity With Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Technical Data.
