- Monitor and evaluate quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the organization.

- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and participate in audits and inspections.

- Develop and manage the quality budget, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing expenses.
- Act as a liaison between the quality team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, procedures, and systems to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality metrics to senior management.
- Foster a culture of quality and accountability throughout the organization.
- Represent the company in industry conferences, meetings, and events related to quality management.
Extensive Experience In Quality Management: A Senior Director Of Quality At Hologic Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry. This Should Include Hands-On Experience In Developing And Implementing Quality Control Processes, Managing Audits And Inspections, And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Standards.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Quality Professionals. They Should Be Able To Provide Clear Direction, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Their Goals. They Should Also Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Senior Director Of Quality Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That All Products And Processes Meet Regulatory Standards.
