Salesforce Business Analyst

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce
- Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions and processes to support business objectives
- Analyze and optimize existing Salesforce processes and workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and system functionality
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of Salesforce
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new Salesforce features to continually enhance the platform
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders and assist in developing mitigation strategies
- Work closely with Salesforce developers to design and implement custom solutions as needed
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation within Salesforce
- Participate in user acceptance testing and assist in ensuring successful deployment of new features and enhancements
- Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, providing guidance and support to the broader team as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Business Analyst, Preferably In A Salesforce Environment.
Salesforce Certifications Such As Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Or Salesforce Business Analyst.
Strong Understanding Of Salesforce Platform And Its Capabilities, As Well As Experience With Salesforce Lightning.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions Within Salesforce.
