  1. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in the New England region.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

  13. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
  14. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  15. Identify and address any issues or challenges within the sales team.
  16. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  17. Attend regular meetings and provide updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  18. Continuously strive to improve and innovate sales processes and strategies.
  19. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in sales practices.
  20. Represent Hologic with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Successful Sales Experience In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry, Preferably In The New England Region.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of Sales Processes And Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Key Stakeholders.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Abilities, With Experience In Leading And Motivating A Sales Team To Drive Results.
