Quality Assurance Coordinator

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining quality assurance standards, managing QA projects, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is organized and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in a quality assurance role. Additionally, you should be familiar with quality assurance principles and have experience working with quality assurance tools. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and procedures.
2. Monitor and assess compliance with applicable regulations.
3. Manage quality assurance projects, including setting objectives, timelines, and budgets.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of procedures, processes, and products.
5. Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action.
6. Prepare and present quality reports to management.
7. Develop and implement quality control training programs.
8. Create and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.
9. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure compliance with standards.
10. Track and analyze quality metrics.
