  1. Serve as the main point of contact for patients and their families, providing compassionate and empathetic support throughout their healthcare journey.
  2. Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all patient records and information are accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members.
  4. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and other necessary services for patients.
  5. Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all privacy regulations when handling patient information.
  8. Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members for resolution.
  9. Stay current on industry and company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to patient services.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
