Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Oracle HRIS Analyst to join the Human Resources team at Hologic! As an Oracle HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing our global HRIS system and providing support to our HR team. In this role, you must have a strong understanding of Oracle applications and be able to maintain data integrity in our system. You should also be able to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues promptly. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for keeping our HRIS system up to date.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• At least 3 years of experience working with Oracle HRIS systems• Proven ability to analyze data, identify errors, and troubleshoot issues• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of HRIS systems

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the global HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Provide technical support to the HR team and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
  3. Monitor data entry and review data for accuracy and completeness.
  4. Develop and maintain HRIS related documentation and procedures.
  5. Develop reports and queries to support HR operations.
  6. Train users on the HRIS system and provide support as needed.
  7. Research and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  8. Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  9. Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational data.
