
Oncology Account Executive - Atlanta / North Georgia

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Atlanta / North Georgia region.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key healthcare providers in the oncology field, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the local market to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Understand the needs and challenges of healthcare providers in the oncology field and effectively communicate how Hologic's products and services can address those needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Utilize strong sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Continuously monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare providers to increase product knowledge and usage.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network and promote Hologic's products and services.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Represent Hologic in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining the company's reputation as a leader in the healthcare industry.
- Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of Hologic's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to potential and existing customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hologic, promoting the company's mission and values both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support and guidance as needed to ensure overall sales success and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Sales, With A Focus On Oncology.
Strong Understanding Of The Oncology Market, Including Key Competitors, Trends, And Challenges.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
