In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with key healthcare providers in the oncology field. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Atlanta / North Georgia region.
  2. Identify and cultivate relationships with key healthcare providers in the oncology field, including physicians, nurses, and administrators.
  3. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the local market to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  4. Understand the needs and challenges of healthcare providers in the oncology field and effectively communicate how Hologic's products and services can address those needs.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
  6. Utilize strong sales techniques and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  8. Continuously monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  9. Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare providers to increase product knowledge and usage.
  10. Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network and promote Hologic's products and services.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  12. Represent Hologic in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining the company's reputation as a leader in the healthcare industry.
  13. Continuously develop and enhance knowledge of Hologic's products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to potential and existing customers.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Hologic, promoting the company's mission and values both internally and externally.
  15. Collaborate with team members and provide support and guidance as needed to ensure overall sales success and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Medical Device Sales, With A Focus On Oncology.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Oncology Market, Including Key Competitors, Trends, And Challenges.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
