  1. Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in alignment with company values and goals.
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee relations inquiries and concerns.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and fair treatment.
  4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and accommodations.
  5. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  6. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and reports.
  8. Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution between employees and/or departments.
  9. Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  10. Monitor and analyze trends in employee relations and make recommendations for improvements to management.
  11. Lead and participate in employee relations-related projects and initiatives.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and relationship building.
  13. Conduct exit interviews and utilize feedback to improve employee relations practices.
  14. Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters.
  15. Mentor and develop HR team members on employee relations best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Labor Relations

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills

  • Previous Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Employee Relations Strategies And Programs.
