- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures in alignment with company values and goals.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee relations inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and fair treatment.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and accommodations.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records and reports.
- Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution between employees and/or departments.
- Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze trends in employee relations and make recommendations for improvements to management.
- Lead and participate in employee relations-related projects and initiatives.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and relationship building.
- Conduct exit interviews and utilize feedback to improve employee relations practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations matters.
- Mentor and develop HR team members on employee relations best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations Or Labor Relations
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations
Excellent Communication And Conflict Resolution Skills
Previous Experience Managing A Team And Implementing Employee Relations Strategies And Programs.
