Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field. A Higher Degree, Such As An Mba, Is Preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Management, Including Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, Developing And Executing Sales Strategies, And Managing A Team.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Motivate And Coach A Team To Success.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Customers, Colleagues, And Industry Professionals.
