- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Hologic's diagnostic products to healthcare providers.
- Identify and target potential clients in the medical field, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the features and benefits of Hologic's products.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the field to drive product innovation and improvement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and potential challenges in the market.
- Utilize sales data and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Hologic's products.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments and advancements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards, in all interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
- Travel to various locations within the assigned territory to conduct sales meetings and build relationships with customers.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology)
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Sales, Preferably In The Diagnostics Industry
In-Depth Knowledge Of Diagnostic Testing And Medical Terminology
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals
