- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share for diagnostic products
- Identify and establish relationships with potential customers, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our diagnostic products
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to stay updated on product features and competitive landscape
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with customers, ensuring profitable margins for the company
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement or growth
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote company products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in diagnostic technology to effectively communicate and position our products in the market.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Life Sciences.
Previous Experience In Medical Device Or Diagnostic Sales, Preferably In The Women's Health Industry.
Knowledge Of Anatomy And Physiology, As Well As Understanding Of Diagnostic Testing And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Decision Makers In The Medical Industry.
