- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for diagnostic products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the healthcare industry, including physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in the diagnostic market.
- Utilize product knowledge and understanding of diagnostic technology to effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products to potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support the success of our diagnostic products.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and customer needs to proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
- Develop and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Track and report sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, including addressing and resolving any product or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and learning to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure ethical and compliant conduct in all sales activities.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Diagnostic Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Developing New Business Opportunities.
Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Healthcare Professionals.
Familiarity With Diagnostic Imaging Equipment And Technology, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Demonstrate And Train Customers On Hologic Products.
